After the July 15 coup attempt, a lawsuit was filed against the company owner Fikret İnan, and Fi Yapı was transferred to TMSF. İnan was acquitted in 2022 and took his company back, but it was alleged that the company's Fi Side project was "plundered" by TMSF trustees for 6 years.
