The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the last minute inflation for June. The raise rates that civil servants and retirees will receive have been determined. According to the CPI data, the raise rate that retirees will receive will be 16.67%, while civil servant salaries have increased by 15.57% with the collective agreement.
The inflation difference that civil servants will receive is 10.06 percent.

Inflation was 5.03 percent in January, and fell to 2.27 in February. Inflation was announced as 2.46 in March, and 3.00 in April. Inflation experienced a serious decline in May, and was announced as 1.53, while June inflation, announced by TÜİK at 10:00 today, was 1.37 percent.
