REPUBLIC OF TURKEY EDIRNE 4TH CIVIL COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE

In order to protect the rights and interests of Hilmi, son of İbrahim, who is the shareholder of the real estate registered in the parcel number 146 island 7 in Gazimihal Neighborhood, Central District, Edirne province, in accordance with the law number 3561, with the decision number 2013/189 E., 2013/355 K. of the Edirne 2nd Civil Court of Peace, in accordance with the law number 3561, in order to protect the rights and interests of the assets of Hilmi, son of İbrahim, who is the shareholder of the real estate registered in the parcel number 146 island 7 in Gazimihal Neighborhood, Central District, Edirne province, in accordance with the law number 3561 (due to the legislative change dated February 2022), however, in accordance with the amendment made in the article 4, paragraph /f of the Regulation on the Trusteeship of Revenue Officers number 3561, the lawsuit has been filed. It is directed to the Provincial Director of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change as trustee and that the official management period of the property has completed 10 years, and that Hilmi, son of Ibrahim, who is the shareholder of the immovable property registered in the block 146, parcel 7, Gazimihal Neighborhood, Central District, Edirne province, is missing and that the share in the title deed record in the name of this person in the said immovable property is cancelled and its registration in the name of the Treasury of Finance is decided upon, and that a lawsuit has been filed with our court under the number 2025/405, and that the legal heirs or the people who have rights to the inheritance of Hilmi, son of Ibrahim, whose absence is requested to be decided if he is alive, or if he is dead, or those who have information about the person whose absence is requested to be decided upon, IT IS DECLARED THAT APPLICATIONS MADE BY OUR COURT WITH REGARDS TO THE CASE FILE NUMBERED 2025/405 WITHIN A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ANNOUNCEMENT, OTHERWISE, THE ABSENCE OF İBRAHİM OGLU HİLMİ AND THE CANCELLATION OF THE SHARES OF İBRAHİM OGLU HİLMİ, WHO IS THE SHARES OWNER IN THE TITLE REGISTRY REGISTERED IN THE 146 BLOCK 7 PARCELS OF GAZİMİHAL NEIGHBORHOOD, CENTRAL DISTRICT OF EDİRNE PROVINCE, AND REGISTRATION OF THEM IN THE NAME OF THE TREASURY WILL BE MADE. 11.08.2025
