In order to protect the rights and interests of Arif, who is the shareholder of the immovable property registered in the parcel number 934 island 22 in Karaağaç Neighborhood, Central District of Edirne province, in accordance with the law number 3561, with the decision number 2012/305 E., 2012/349 K. of the Edirne 2nd Civil Court of Peace, dated 21/11/2012, Edirne Revenue Officer was appointed as the management trustee of Edirne Revenue Officer in accordance with the law number 3561 (due to the legislative change dated February 2022) in order to protect the rights and interests of the assets of Arif, who is the shareholder of the immovable property registered in the parcel number 934 island 22 in Karaağaç Neighborhood, Central District of Edirne province, in accordance with the amendment made in the paragraph /f of the article 4 of the Regulation on the Trusteeship of Revenue Officers number 3561, the Environmental Protection Agency was appointed as the management trustee for the lawsuit. It is directed to the Provincial Director of Urbanization and Climate Change and that the official management period of the property has completed 10 years, and that the claim for the disappearance of Arif, the shareholder of the immovable property registered in the block 934, parcel 22, Karaağaç Neighborhood, Central District, Edirne province, and for the cancellation of the share in the title deed record in the name of this person in the said immovable property and for its registration in the name of the Treasury of Finance, a lawsuit has been filed with our court under the number 2025/404, and that the missing person of Arif, whose missing person is requested to be decided in the event that he is alive, and if he is dead, his legal heirs or people who have rights to his inheritance or people who have information about the person whose missing person is requested to be decided, starting from the date of the first announcement, 6 IT IS ANNOUNCEMENTD THAT THEY SHOULD APPLY WITH REGARDS TO THE CASE FILE NUMBERED 2025/404 OF OUR COURT WITHIN A PERIOD OF MONTH, OTHERWISE, ARIF'S ABSENCE AND THE CANCELLATION OF THE SHARES OF ARIF, WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE REAL ESTATE REGISTERED IN THE PARCELS 22, BLOCK 934, CENTRAL DISTRICT OF EDIRNE PROVINCE, AND REGISTRATION OF THEM IN THE NAME OF THE TREASURY WILL BE DECIDED. 11.08.2025
