Our Chamber's reasoned decision could not be served on the defendant due to the fact that his Mernis address was not found in the system and he could not be reached through the declaration addresses. For this reason, it has been decided that our Chamber's decision be notified to the defendant HALİT İŞÇİ by public announcement.

Pursuant to Article 29 of the Notification Law No. 7201, the summary of the judgment shall be published in a newspaper with a circulation of 50,000 or less.

IT IS ANNOUNCED THAT the decision has been made, with the option of APPEAL available, by submitting a petition to our Chamber to be sent to the relevant Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation within 2 weeks from the date of notification, or by making a statement to the court clerk by recording it in the minutes , or by sending a petition through another Criminal Court of First Instance or the Criminal Chamber of the Regional Court of Justice . 04.07.2025
