Those who want to relieve stress also turn to alternative health tourism.

A study was carried out at Swandor Hotels Topkapı Palace in the Belek Tourism Center in the Serik district of Antalya to contribute to tourists' stress relief and improved sleep quality.
A hexagonal, light and soundproof room containing meteorites and other elements was built in a 6-month effort, under the supervision of professors specializing in quantum physics from Russia and Lithuania.

🔹 AA Live for instant developmentsRussian tourists, in particular, have the opportunity to experience the effects of darkness, meteors and the elements by relaxing for about half an hour on the seats in the room called "Antistress", where different elements are located.
The room's manager, Russian Dr. Natalya Barinova, told an AA correspondent that she also has a degree in Korean medicine and that Korean medical methods can be used to treat people who have allergic reactions or are unable to use many medications.
Barinova, explaining that the facility established in Antalya for alternative medicine has attracted attention, said, "A great deal of research has been conducted on this subject in Russia, and this data has been used at various universities. This method we use helps prevent and treat diseases. I especially recommend it to those who have allergic reactions, overexert themselves, or experience stress during the day."
"There are 15 elements from 5 countries in the room"Mehmet Akpınar, one of the owners of Swandor Hotels Topkapı Palace and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Antalya Health Tourism and Education Association (UASTED), said that the room was built with the help of professors who are experts in quantum physics from Russia and Lithuania.
Akpınar emphasized that the room containing various elements is far from radiofrequency and noted the following:
Our relatives and friends were the first to experience the room. Professors from universities came and shared their impressions of the dark room. This room contains 15 elements from five countries. When we enter old mosques, we don't want to leave. The only reason for this is that the earthen brick flooring created by Mimar Sinan absorbs and absorbs negativity from the body. We used the same materials here. The meteorite we brought from Russia was liquefied using nanotechnology at Teknokent and used on the walls of the room. There's no electricity or radiofrequency in the room. Even if there were, the materials we used on the walls act as a frequency inhibitor. This room, containing various elements, activates the body's ability to repair itself.
Akpınar stated that the 25-square-meter room can accommodate 7 people and can be used by anyone from 7 to 70 years of age, and that stress that is not released from the body can cause health problems in the future.
Akpınar emphasized that Russians, in particular, are interested in the darkroom, saying, "Russians are particularly interested in this room. It's used for the body's self-repair and to release negative energy caused by stress in daily life."
UASTED President Mehmet Kanpolat also stated that the facility offers alternative health tourism in addition to medical tourism.
Kanpolat, emphasizing that they examined the room with many academics and experienced it by sitting in the dark, said, "We saw the benefit of the room, especially me, who came for a few sessions. You relax in the armchairs in the dark room for about half an hour."
Kanpolat explained that after a few sessions, he clearly saw that his metabolism had accelerated significantly, and that this made a positive contribution to the reduction of anxiety and stress, especially for those who have sleep problems.
