New rumor has arrived: Bad news for those waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Pro!

Rumors have been circulating for a while now that Samsung will call the Galaxy S25's successor the "Galaxy S26 Pro." With so many claims, it was starting to seem like a near certainty. However, a new rumor suggests otherwise.

'NO SAMSUNG GALAXY S26 PRO'

Allegedly, there will be no Galaxy S26 Pro ; the successor to the S25 will simply be called the Galaxy S26 . According to GSM Arena, this model will launch alongside the Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra .

It was once speculated that the Galaxy S26 Edge would replace the canceled S26+ model . However, according to recent information, the opposite is true. Because according to this information;

• The Galaxy S26 Edge was cancelled due to low sales figures of the Galaxy S25 Edge.
• Production of the S26+ model will continue and will be introduced along with the other two models.

According to recent claims, the Galaxy S26 will run on Samsung's Exynos 2600 processor, just like the S26+, in many markets. The cameras will reportedly remain the same as the S25 , with the biggest difference being the battery capacity . It's also rumored that the S26 will feature a battery upgrade from 4,000mAh to 4,300mAh . We'll know for sure if these claims are true when Samsung unveils the S26 series.
