Fenerbahçe's presidential race: Sadettin Saran submits signatures

Fenerbahçe Presidential Candidate Sadettin Saran delivered the 500 signatures required for candidacy to the club.

Famous businessman Saran announced his candidacy for Fenerbahçe's presidency on June 30.

Fenerbahçe's extraordinary general assembly, with elections, will be held on September 13-14. If a quorum is not reached at the first meeting, the congress will be held on September 20-21.

Saran said the following about his candidacy:

"As a community, we believe we need unity, change, and, most importantly, consistent success. With the support of hundreds of our congress members, whose hearts beat for Fenerbahçe, we have completed our signing process."
