Trabzonspor requests foreign referees

Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe drew 0-0 in the 25th week of the Trendyol Super League. The critical match was officiated by Slovenian referee Slavko Vincic.

After the big derby, Trabzonspor made a statement about foreign referees.

HERE IS TRABZONSPOR'S STATEMENT;

"We Want Equality for Justice!

It is the common responsibility of all stakeholders to protect the justice of football, to ensure that competition is carried out under equal and fair conditions, and to ensure that efforts are rewarded on the field in accordance with the spirit of sports.

In this context, in order to prevent mistakes that could directly affect the outcome of critical matches, we request Slavko Vincic, who we believe will display an experienced and most importantly fair management, to take charge in the away matches against Fenerbahçe and the home matches against Galatasaray.

"We invite the Turkish Football Federation to take the necessary steps for the fair management of football and to take responsibility to ensure that these critical matches are managed in accordance with the spirit of sports. Respectfully announced to the public."
