Trapped by bears in Tunceli! Teams take action: Family of 6 rescued

According to reports, a family of six went to the Düzgün Baba Ziyaret area in the Nazimiye district. As night fell, the family was unable to move due to bears in the area and reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency), four search and rescue technicians, one thermal drone team, 14 gendarmerie personnel, and medical teams were dispatched to the area. Initially, the family's location was identified using a thermal camera. Following a four-hour operation led by AFAD, the family was found and rescued. After being taken to a safe zone, they were examined by medical teams.
Governor Şefik Aygöl, who was monitoring the rescue operation, spoke with the family via video call and wished them a speedy recovery.
