Dua Lipa Wore a Bridal-Inspired Gown to the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Show

Dua Lipa stepped out for the opening day of Paris Couture Week in a standout Schiaparelli look for the house’s fall/winter 2025 haute couture show. The sculptural white dress, originally shown in Schiaparelli’s spring 2024 collection, featured long sleeves, a high slit, and the brand’s signature keyhole cutout at the chest.

The gown’s surface was covered entirely in petal-like pieces, giving it a textured, ethereal effect. Lipa kept her styling minimal, pairing the piece with circular black and white earrings and black heels. Her hair was worn in soft waves, with natural makeup.

She joined Cardi B, Hunter Schafer, Cooper Koch, Ryan Destiny, and more in the front row of the Petit Palais show. Creative director Daniel Roseberry drew inspiration for his new collection, titled Back to the Future, from the early 1940s. While the season moved away from the house’s signature corseting, silhouettes remained bold, and familiar codes like the keyhole motif were subtly reinterpreted throughout the tailoring and accessories.

Lipa’s bridal-white look aligned with both the collection’s themes and her personal life: She confirmed her engagement to actor Callum Turner last month in British Vogue, telling the outlet, “Yeah, we’re engaged. It’s very exciting.”

“This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don’t know, be best friends forever—it’s a really special feeling,” she added.

Though no wedding plans have been publicly confirmed, Lipa admitted that she’s beginning to think about her dress. “I’ve never been someone who’s really thought about a wedding, or dreamt about what kind of bride I would be,” she said. “All of a sudden I’m like: ‘Oh, what would I wear?’”
