At Asda, pick up a Mexican meal kit with crunchy taco shells, seasoning and salsa for £1.84 — just add your favourite meat.

You can also make your own tortillas with 250g plain flour, 2tbsp vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.

Mix with 150ml warm water, knead and rest for 15 minutes before cutting and rolling into discs and cooking in a dry pan for a few minutes on each side.
