Lindt's new flagship store will have a unique feature that showcases London

Lindt & Sprungli is set to open its flagship central London store on March 21, promising a "paradise" for those with a sweet tooth.
The new chocolate haven will boast the largest selection of Lindt truffles in the UK, with ceilings draped in copper mesh cocoa pods. A stunning window display featuring the London skyline crafted entirely from Lindor truffles will greet visitors at the Piccadilly Circus location.
Inside, three classically trained "master chocolatiers" will whip up fresh chocolate delights right before your eyes. A chocolate barista will be on hand serving specialty coffee, hot chocolates, milkshakes, and ice cream made live at an in-store chocolate bar. Celebrating its 180th anniversary, the luxury Swiss chocolate maker is offering the first 200 customers who spend £10 or more a chocolate-filled gift bag.
Master chocolatier Stefan Bruderer said: "This wonderful new store will be a feast and vision for the senses, featuring a beautifully designed interior that pays homage to our chocolate's heritage.
"From ceilings adorned with copper mesh cocoa pods to a team of passionate chocolatiers crafting and creating fresh and unique chocolate products live in-store, we can't wait for everyone to be amazed as they walk through the doors."
Lindt is set to unveil its largest UK store to date, spanning around 6,000 sq ft, roughly the size of two tennis courts. Located in a prime spot, this new outlet will surpass the company's existing dozen-plus shops and concessions across the country, including those in Birmingham, Liverpool, and Manchester.
Upon its opening, scheduled for 2pm on March 21, customers will be treated to an immersive experience. A standout feature will be the ability to craft personalized boxes of Lindor truffles, complete with bespoke gift tags and ribbons, all with the assistance of the store's staff.
Joel Burrows, the UK and Ireland chief executive of Lindt, said: "With 2025 marking Lindt & Sprungli's 180th anniversary, what better way to celebrate this journey and enduring passion for captivating chocolate lovers worldwide, with the opening of this one-of-a-kind store – something truly unique to the UK."
