Aimee Lou Wood Breaks Silence on Working With Walton Goggins

Aimee Lou Wood had a great time at The White Lotus in Thailand.
In fact, the 31-year-old recently spoke highly of her costar Walton Goggins—who she’s rumored to be feuding with—while chiming in on if she’ll make a surprise appearance during his Saturday Night Live hosting gig on May 10.
“I couldn’t say,” Aimee Lou told Entertainment Tonight at the 2025 Met Gala May 5, “but also I’m not, I’m not doing that.”
But while the Sex Education alum—who worked with Priya Ahluwalia for her black-and-white suit-and-dress combo for fashion’s biggest night—may not be joining Walton during his appearance on the comedy series, she does believe it would be a good time.
“Yeah, it would be fun,” Aimee Lou continued. “I loved working with Walton. It was the best thing ever.”
She added, “He’s going to be incredible doing SNL. It’s the perfect thing for him to do. It’s going to be hilarious. I’m so excited to see it.”
As for how Aimee Lou was feeling about attending the Metropolitan Museum of Art's annual Costume Institute Benefit alongside her other costar Patrick Schwarzenegger? She was grateful to have a friend.
“I feel very spaced out,” Aimee Lou told E! News’ Zuri Hall at the event. “I’m struggling to find my words. My mouth is really dry. But Patrick—thank god. He was like, ‘I’m going. Should we go together in the car?’ And I said, ‘Yes, please.’ So, we came in the car together and that had made everything a lot less scary.”
Beyond the ability to have a friend join her for the night, Aimee Lou also believes she and Patrick are connected on a deeper level
“I always say I think he was my dad in a past life,” she continued. “I just immediately feel so safe with him. He’s the safest, kindest person and he’s so solid. You just can’t feel nervous or scared when Patrick’s around. He’s just the most pure person, I can’t describe it.”
