Kiko Mizuhara Falls Victim to Some Questionable Styling on Vogue Japan’s June 2026 Cover

We are doubtful that we will ever be able to come to terms with the fact that Vogue Japan is no longer essentially the playground of Luigi & Iango. Under the former guidance of editor Mitsuko Watanabe, the magazine has become established for delivering high-glam covers, always starring a bevy of top models. The Japanese fashion bible currently falls under the tutelage of Tiffany Godoy. Godoy has served as head of editorial content since 2022. Over recent months, covers with the likes of Mona Kawasaki (and Raul), Amelia Gray, and Lulu Tenney have failed to generate much interest here on theFashionSpot.Kiko Mizuhara takes to the cover of Vogue Japan for May 2025. The American-born Japanese model, actress, and singer poses in a head-to-toe ensemble from the Saint Laurent Spring 2025 collection in the Bon Duke-shot cover image.

“These clothes together look hideous!” exclaimed DK92 upon checking out the cover.
Avonlea echoed: “The skirt looks so cheap!”
“She doesn’t even look anything like herself. Did they give her blue contacts?” asked Simera.
“The hair and makeup at the Saint Laurent show was 1980s Scavullo heaven. Why did they go for some early 2000s bleached brows and beachy waves, when they could have gone full 80s glam?” questioned an underwhelmed tomtakesphotos.
Matheus_s commented: “The light blue from the background ruins everything. Also, too many layers. The styling is not that good!”
