An Instagram post by justjared shows the All’s Fair actress stepping out from her 45th birthday celebration in London, donning a sheer Dilara Findikoglu corseted mini and see-through skirt. The edgy outfit had western buckle details and a chain tassel hanging at the front.

The almost nonexistent bra made of faux braided hair was dripping with shiny beading and crystals. Braids seemed to be the theme of the viral look, with Kim wearing her hair in a braided bun and accessorizing the look with a braided choker.
