Two Stars Abruptly Quit Special Forces: World's Toughest Test
Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Loses 5th Celebrity—and It's Not Who You'd Expect

And then there were 11...

Two more of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test's season four recruits are heading home after four days of grueling competition.

During the Fox series' Oct. 23 episode, many of the remaining celebs admitted to be struggling with the physical demands of the military challenges.

"Look at my knee swollen and f--ked up,” former NBA star Nick Young lamented after waking up on day five. “I'm gonna be out for a month."

Actor Ravi V. Patel echoed the sentiments, noting, "I'm in pain today."

Plus, model Chanel Iman added, "I've never felt so old in my life. Can't keep up."

Meanwhile, the training directors came up with a plan to separate the weakest team members from those most serious about the boot camp.

Jason Fox shared, "There's certain people on the course who have gone their distance, and if we don't weed the weaker members out, it's going to start bringing the rest of the course down."

Mark Billingham agreed by chiming in with, "We need to go into another gear. Let's ramp it up."

After gathering the remaining 13 celebs at camp, Rudy Reyes gave the recruits an ultimatum.

"Ask yourselves do you really want to be here?" he said. "Because you are going to push yourselves far beyond any place you've ever been. Athletics, showbiz, all of that, that's kindergarten compared to the pressure and responsibility of Special Forces."

Reyes continued, "If any one of you has any doubt that they do not want to be on this course, that they are not here to train at a hundred percent of their ability, stand up right here and turn in that armband."

And with that, an exhausted Young removed his armband and declared, "I'm ready to go."

An equally warn out Patel was right there behind the athlete, and both abruptly quit the show without another word before heading into the day five obstacle course.

See how the rest of the cast fares in the brutal competition when Special Forces: World's Toughest Test airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Fox. And keep reading to see the 11 celebs still competing this season.
