Tiffany Stratton entered the ring inside Allegiant Stadium with a custom Barbie-style entrance and left with a missing tooth and a huge welt on her forehead.
Stratton, 25, suffered the gruesome injuries during her brutal match with Charlotte Flair, where she retained her WWE women's championship.
The exact moments in the match where Stratton suffered the injuries are not clear, with them present as Flair's knee brace came into play during their bout.
This was Stratton's first WrestleMania match, while Flair was attempting to win her 15th WWE championship. A victory would have been one shy of her father, Ric Flair's total according to the promotion.
Stratton's feud with Flair got increasingly personal over the past few weeks, culminating in an in-ring promo segment where many felt the ladies crossed the line.
Stratton brought up Flair's recent divorce and The Queen fired back that Kaiser had been 'in my DMs'.

Flair, 39, later clarified that wasn't true and she said it in the heat of the moment, but what was Kaiser's reaction as that line was said to millions around the world?
'I was in Europe actually! There's a big time difference so I woke up to like a million notifications on my phone and had to check it all out,' Kaiser said chucking to Mail Sport. 'But I'm so excited for that matchup. I think the last few weeks has really shown what WrestleMania is really all about.
'The stakes are high, everybody can't wait to get in there and I know I'm not the only one who is going to be at the edge of my seat before the bell even rings.'
Stratton won the match over Flair with her signature 'Prettiest Moonsault Ever' before posing with her retained belt with all her new ailments clear for the world to see.
Several times during the match, Flair and Stratton's trash talk to each other could be heard on the live mics.
Flair's opened up on her latest divorce, to WWE star Andrade, last month on the talk show 'Sherri'.
'I felt like I was failing at my job, I felt like I was failing in my personal life,' Flair said on 'Sherri', with her severe knee injury keeping her out of action at the time of her spilt from Andrade.
Now, Flair's championship chase will continue as she was unsuccessful against Stratton.
