JetBlue said demand “remained strong throughout the summer peak,” with August and the Labor Day holiday period characterized by a surge in bookings made within 14 days of departure. This higher-yielding segment typically signals stronger pricing power.
Meanwhile, operational improvements, including fewer flight cancellations and delays, helped drive better-than-expected revenue performance and contributed to lower non-fuel unit costs.
