Impeachment proceedings: South Korean President Yoon regrets nothing

While Yoon Suk-yeol asserts his innocence in his closing argument, his demonstrating supporters in front of the Constitutional Court insult judges and police officers as "Chinese agents". Two and a half months after South Korea's president briefly declared a state of war, the impeachment proceedings against Yoon are now nearing completion. Yoon still shows no remorse. According to surveys, around forty percent of South Koreans are against his impeachment. The fact that Yoon had soldiers march in front of parliament and occupied the election commission, and that there were lists of opposition politicians to be arrested, apparently worries his supporters as little as Yoon himself.
