Austrian Florentina Holzinger relies on spectacular performances. A tight budget forced her to use simple means: nudity, shredded meat, and excrement. The means remain, as can be seen in her new production in Berlin.

Nudity in the theater hasn't shocked anyone for a long time. These days, there are completely different things that are considered no-go: politically incorrect language, only men on stage, animals on stage, no trigger warnings for violent scenes.
