155 million euros for Scalable Capital: Largest financing round in the company's history – these investors are involved
New investors are backing Scalable Capital as the company seeks to expand its position as a leading platform for private investors in Europe.
Munich-based fintech Scalable Capital has raised €155 million ($175 million) in its largest financing round to date. The round is led by new investors Sofina and Noteus Partners.
Existing investors such as Balderton Capital, Tencent, and HV Capital also participated again. The company has thus received a total of 470 million euros (more than 535 million US dollars) in capital over the entire period.

Sofina, a private equity firm listed on Euronext Brussels, and Noteus Partners, a pan-European growth investor focused on tech companies, are both expected to expand Scalable Capital's international investor base.

Scalable Capital operates a digital investment platform that enables trading in ETFs, stocks, and other securities. Its goal is to provide private investors with easy access to the capital market.
With the fresh capital, Scalable Capital intends to further expand its product offering and simplify wealth creation for a broad target group in Europe.
