Operational business: Lübke Kelber fills management position

Sebastian Renn has been Head of Operations at Lübke Kelber since May 12. On the newly formed Executive Board, he is responsible for operational management and the further development of internal processes. He also heads the IT, Digitalization, Marketing, and Organization departments.

Renn most recently served as Head of Sales at Quantrefy, a provider of an ESG implementation platform for the real estate industry. Prior to that, he held a deputy management position at Drooms, where he was responsible for all sales activities in the DACH region . He also held positions at Intralinks and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Real estate industry under pressure

Supervisory Board member Jürgen Kelber emphasizes: "The real estate industry is under pressure, but at the same time, new opportunities are opening up – but only for those who are structurally well positioned." Renn brings "process understanding, leadership experience, and innovative strength."

Lübke Kelber is an owner-managed, independent real estate transaction consultancy. The company employs 90 specialists nationwide at seven locations in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Munich, and Stuttgart. It also maintains an International Desk in London for contacts with international investors. The annual transaction volume is up to one billion euros.
