Green disappointment: Habeck is racing ahead of the dismantling

The Greens began talks on Monday night about a reorganization of the leadership in the party and parliamentary group. After the first committee meetings, the current candidate for chancellor, Robert Habeck , told the federal press conference on Monday that he would "no longer claim or aspire to a leading role." Habeck thus anticipated the internal dismantling that left-wingers such as the incumbent Family Minister Lisa Paus and leading representatives of the Green Youth had already begun on election night.
