The traffic in Los Angeles is demonstrably the worst in the world, no matter what Mumbai and Manila say. Anyone who doesn't meet the strictly desired ratio between expected entertainment level and predicted travel time plays no role in the lives of Angelenos, who are offered a thousand entertaining things every day.
