Zelensky insists on meeting with Putin; prisoners exchanged

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday that a meeting with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, would be "the most effective way forward," amid the stalemate in diplomatic efforts to end the war.
