Pierrick Guisnel, administrator of a Facebook page called "Les habitants ont la parole" (Residents Have Their Say), points to a "particularly tense" situation in the neighborhood for several months. This observation is shared by Jocelyn Gendeck, deputy for tranquility at the PS town hall of Saint-Herblain. "We've been experiencing difficulties in this area since last Christmas," the elected official acknowledges. He mentions in particular the recent establishment of a "dealing point" and the "rise in incivility caused by a group of teenagers." Five of them have recently received warnings from the town hall.
