Residents of the Orne Lorraine Confluences community of communes are being asked to vote on the PLUIH (Property Planning and Urban Planning) on May 26 and June 2. The document, which sets out urban planning strategies and rules, will be presented by professionals so that everyone can fully understand the issues at stake.
