Ischia Award kicks off tomorrow with a focus on communication in the event of a seismic emergency

“Communicating the emergency and reconstruction: challenges and best practices compared – the cases of Ischia, Campi Flegrei, Central Italy and Emilia-Romagna” is the theme of the debate that tomorrow at 5 pm in the Sala Carte of the Hotel Regina Isabella will officially open the 46th edition of the Ischia journalism award. A multi-voiced debate where the Government commissioners will discuss how to communicate in an emergency and on reconstruction. Gianluca Loffredo , Sub-Commissioner for the reconstruction of the territories hit by the earthquake and landslide in Ischia Fabio Ciciliano – Head of the Civil Protection Department Eng. Fabrizio Curcio – Extraordinary Government Commissioner for the reconstruction of the territories hit by the flood that occurred in Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Marche, Sen. Guido Castelli – Extraordinary Government Commissioner for the repair, reconstruction, assistance to the population and economic recovery of the territories of the regions of Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche and Umbria affected by the seismic events that occurred starting from 24 August 2016.
