Ribbon cutting for the renovated Cineteatro Pax in Lurate Caccivio . The inauguration day is scheduled for Saturday 21 June, with the hall open from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 18 for visits, and will end at 21 with the show “Onderòd“ by and with the comedian and actor Gioele Dix : a repertoire of the great monologues of the Milanese artist "that reflect and make fun of current fashions and tastes, widespread habits and weaknesses, public and private failures, in the name of that sometimes ferocious comedy that characterizes his writing style, constantly swinging between lightheartedness and impatience".

The construction of the Pax Parish Cinetheatre dates back to 1967, to undergo a first important restoration intervention in the early nineties. In 2014 the structure was closed for technical reasons. The renovation began in 2021 and led to the restoration of the original functions, both theatrical and cinematographic, with a modern digital projector, a micro-perforated projection screen and a Dolby Surround system. The wooden stage was preserved, with a sanding and subsequent fireproof treatment.
