The flat-rate tax revenue is growing, worth 3.7 billion

Increased use of flat-rate tax dry on rents. From the latest statistics from the Ministry of Economy and Finance on 2024 tax returns, reported by Fisco Oggi, are in fact, it highlights the trend of continuous growth in the number of landlords who opt for the flat tax (at 21% or 10%), chosen in 2023 by 3.1 million owners, 3.8% more of 2022. The taxable amount generated in 2023 from rents falling within the scope of the flat rate tax was equal to 21.6 billion euros, 8.6% more than in 2022, while the actual tax revenue declared exceeded 3.7 billion euros.
