In line with the innovations presented at the Paris Olympic Games, the Singapore pools were built for the first time with the Myrtha R-Evolution membrane, made from 60% recycled materials and fully recyclable at the end of its lifespan. Certified by RecyClass, the membrane represents a further step forward toward increasingly green pool design. Compared to traditional construction methods, the Myrtha pools installed in Singapore reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 45%. Furthermore, during the World Championships, water circulation was ensured by the advanced Strahlenturbulenz system, based on the Venturi effect. This mechanism uses wall nozzles to ensure a uniform, turbulence-free flow, thus contributing to ideal conditions for swimmers.
