The Policiano sports facility has been delivered

Arezzo, August 11, 2025 – The Policiano sports facility has been delivered.

The Policiano municipal sports facility was handed over to the Tuscar company by Councilor Federico Scapecchi, in the presence of its president Fulvio Rondini. The new management will last for twenty-five years.

"We are pleased," Scapecchi emphasized, "that a local sports association with over fifty years of experience has decided to invest in this facility, which has been closed for a decade now, recognizing its potential and planning investments totaling €282,000. The project, presented during the tender process, includes the general cleaning of the sports area with the removal of vegetation and various types of waste, maintenance of the turf, benches, and fencing, the installation of soccer goals, the renovation of the changing rooms, grandstand, and ancillary and service areas, new electrical and plumbing systems, the demolition of structures without building permits, static and seismic inspections, and grandstand testing. There is therefore a great deal of work on the horizon, and for this I thank President Fulvio Rondini, his "right-hand man" Nico Cornicello, and the entire staff of the historic Tuscar Ben. The Policiano pitch will soon be made available to the community.
