Following the 2025 San Isidro Fair, the Jury responsible for awarding the Real Casino de Madrid Bullfighting Awards has agreed to the 29th Real Casino de Madrid Bullfighting Awards for the 2025 San Isidro Fair.

In this twenty-ninth edition, the winner was José Antonio Morante Camacho "Morante de la Puebla," for his performances in the extraordinary bullfights on May 28, the Press Bullfight, and June 8, the Charity Bullfight.

Morante takes over from the winners of the 'Winner of the Fair' awards in previous editions: Borja Jiménez in 2024; Sebastián Castella in 2023 and also in 2015 and 2007; Tomás Rufo in 2022; Antonio Ferrera in 2019; Alejandro Talavante , in 2018 and 2013; Ginés Marín in 2017; Paco Ureña in 2016; Miguel Ángel Perera in 2014; in 2010 and 2012 the Winner of the Fair award was declared void; José María Manzanares in 2011; Manuel Jesús 'El Cid' in 2008, 2006 and 2005; Matías Tejela in 2004; José Pacheco "El Califa" in 2003 and 2000; Enrique Ponce in 2002; Rafael de Julia in 2001; José Tomás in 1999 and 1997; Eugenio de Mora in 1998; Víctor Puerto in 1996; and César Rincón received the award in 1995.

The complete list of those awarded by the Royal Casino of Madrid is as follows:

Winner of the fair: 'Morante de la Puebla', for his performances in the extraordinary bullfights on May 28, Press, and June 8, Charity.

Best performance: Borja Jiménez , for his performance with the bull 'Milhijas', number 104 from the D. Victorino Martín ranch, fought on the afternoon of June 15 in sixth place.

Revelation bullfighter: Víctor Hernández, for his performance on May 10 against the bull 'Busca-Oro', number 961 from the El Pilar ranch, which came in third place.

Most complete livestock : Jandilla, for the bullfight held on the afternoon of June 5.

Bravest bull: ' Milhijas', number 104 from the Victorino Martín ranch, fought on the afternoon of June 15 in sixth place.

Best thrust: Emilio de Justo , for his thrust to the bull 'Milhebras', number 40 from the Victorino Martin ranch, fought in fifth place on June 15.

Best pair of banderillas: Víctor del Pozo , for his performance with the bull, 'Calentito', number 18 from the D. José Escolar ranch, fought on the afternoon of June 3 in fifth place.

Best bullfighter: Aaron Palacio, for his performance on May 13 against Alcurrucén bulls.

Special Mention 'An Afternoon to Remember': To Saúl Jiménez Fortes , for his performance on the afternoon of May 21 against bulls from Arauz de Robles.

Special mention for courage and valor: To Noé Gómez del Pilar, for his performance on June 3rd against bulls from D. José Escolar.

Special mention to the risky bullfight: To Morante de la Puebla, for his clean-body pass, which is now known as 'the pass of the glass', to his banderillero José María Amores on May 28th, to the bull 'Seminarista', number 7 from the Garcigrande ranch, fought first.

Special mention to the media: To Radio Televisión Madrid, for its extensive coverage, dissemination, outreach, and support of bullfighting throughout its programming across all its media.

The jury for the 29th Real Casino de Madrid Bullfighting Awards was made up of Fernando Eguidazu Palacios and Fernando Blanco Giraldo, who are also presidents and secretary of the Institution's Board of Directors. Jesús Gallego Pérez served as vice-secretary and head of bullfighting activities. Members: Gerardo Seco Ródenas, Juan Francisco Hermida Gutiérrez, Francisco Carpintero López, Francisco Jiménez Martínez, Ignacio García Govantes, Rafael Saiz Fraile, Ismael Fernández de la Carrera, José González Jiménez and Lorenzo Simón López.
