MTV VMAs 2025: Date and where you can watch it live

More than just an awards ceremony, the MTV VMAs They are a tribute to the most influential artists of the moment, recognizing not only their vocal talent, but also their visual approach, stage design, and artistic composition.

Figures such as Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Kendrick Lamar, Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter and many more top this year's list of favorites to take home the coveted MTV silver statuette.

Although key details such as the hosts, live performances and celebrity attendees have not yet been revealed, it was confirmed that the awards ceremony will be held will be held on Sunday, September 7 at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.

Voting is open today, and some of the most anticipated categories include Artist of the Year, Best Album, and Best Collaboration.

To live the complete experience from the red carpet to the closing of the event, the channels MTV and CBS will broadcast the ceremony live, as will the streaming platform Paramount+ Premium.

Additionally, the event will be available on demand the following day for Paramount+ Essential subscribers.

In Mexico, the live broadcast will begin at 4:30 PM with the red carpet, while the main show will begin at 6:00 PM.
