In connection with the concert " Maluma, Bogotá on the Map," which will take place on May 3 at the Nemesio Camacho stadium in El Campín, the District Mobility Secretariat (SDM) authorized a series of road closures and detours from April 30 to May 4.

The closures will begin at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, and will continue until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 4. During this period, there will be a complete closure of 57A Street between NQS Avenue and the access to the North Parking Garage, and a controlled closure from that point to Diagonal 61C. This includes the pedestrian walkways on both sides.
From 8:00 p.m. on April 30th until the event closes completely, additional measures will be implemented. These include the complete closure of both lanes of Transversal 28 between Carrera 28 and Avenida Calle 57, including the pedestrian path on the west side. "The organizer must implement a controlled access and exit lane for residents on the east side. The pedestrian path on the east side will not be affected."
Both lanes of 53B Bis Street between 28th Avenue and 30th Avenue (NQS) will also be closed, as well as the North and South pedestrian paths. In addition, 28th Street will be completely closed between 53B Bis Street and 53B Street. "A controlled access lane must be implemented for residents of 28th Street (East side) between 53B Bis Street and 57th Avenue."
A complete closure of 57A Street will be maintained from NQS Avenue to the access to the North Parking Garage, and a controlled closure will be in effect from this point to Diagonal 61C, including the pedestrian walkways on both sides.
A partial closure of the eastern pedestrian path on NQS Avenue will be implemented between 53B Bis Street and 57A Street. The perimeter fence must be located on the eastern side of the bike path, without affecting it. The organizer must install interlocking plastic barriers along the pedestrian path to discourage those attending the event from entering and exiting Carrera Avenue (NQS Avenue).

During the event day, the eastbound lane of the eastern side of NQS Avenue (Carrera 30) between 53B Street and 57A Street will be channeled for cyclists. To implement this channeling, the organizer must provide plastic barriers interlaced with tubular delineators to protect cyclists. This implementation should only be done when congestion on the pedestrian path requires cyclists to be directed to the vehicular roadway. This implementation must be coordinated with the Department of Transportation (SDM).
"Logistics personnel must be assigned to guide cyclists to use the designated lane for safe passage near the stadium on the days of the event," the Secretariat added.
Regarding detours, users traveling south-north on NQS Avenue and taking 53B Bis Street to the East and Carrera 24 to the North should continue on Diagonal 61C to the East and Carrera 24 Avenue to the North. Those who normally take 57th Street to the East should use Transversal 25 to the South. Those accessing 57A Street to the East can continue on Diagonal 61C. Other users will be able to take 51st Street to the East, 27th Avenue to the North and then 53B Street to the East. In the North-South direction, drivers using 24th Avenue or 28th Transversal and wish to take 53rd Avenue to the West, must use 25th Transversal to the South, 53C Diagonal to the East, 24th Avenue to the South and then return to 53rd Avenue to the West. For those traveling from East to West on 57th Avenue, it is recommended to take 21st Avenue to the South and then connect with 53rd Avenue to the West. Temporary yellow zones will be enabled for taxi and special vehicle services during the evacuation phase of the event, between 12:00 am and 3:00 am on May 4. These will be located on Transversal 28 between Calle 57 and Transversal 25, and on Diagonal 61C between Carrera 27 and Carrera 24. These areas will be marked with the SR-34 sign.See also: Colombia updates regulations to promote electric and sustainable mobility

Regarding access for residents of the affected area, only the properties located on the eastern side of Transversal 28 between Carrera 28 and Avenida Calle 57 will be affected. "They will be able to travel to their homes via the slow lane on the eastern side of Transversal 28."
Authorities recommend that attendees arrive by public transportation. "It is recommended that you arrive at the event using the SITP (Transportation System) or Transmilenio. Private vehicles are not allowed. Parking on Av. NQS in front of the stadium is not recommended, as it will not be permitted."
Citizens are also urged to plan their activities in advance. "It is recommended that trips and activities be scheduled for May 3, 2025, in the areas affected by the activity. It is recommended that the directions of the Traffic Police, the organization's staff, and the SDM personnel on the affected roads be followed."
Finally, "it is recommended that you heed the signage that the event organizers will provide to inform you of road closures and detours."
