"There is a fire in Trzaskowski's headquarters". Nawrocki's chief of staff on the results of the presidential elections

- Looking at the support for this government, we are not afraid. We are doing our job - said Paweł Szefernaker, head of Karol Nawrocki's campaign, when asked if he was afraid of Donald Tusk. - Rafał Trzaskowski's campaign is on fire, since Tusk has to call an extraordinary meeting - he added. As Szefernaker pointed out, there are no such meetings in the campaign of the candidate supported by PiS.

- We have a plan that we have been implementing since the first day of the campaign - said Paweł Szefernaker, Karol Nawrocki's chief of staff . - We have a strategy according to which we have started the fifth element of the campaign - he added.

As Szefernaker said, in "two weeks we want to win the elections". - The results showed a total disgrace to many polls. They indicated a large difference. And in the meantime we have a draw - he pointed out. The head of the staff recalled that there were polls that showed a 10 percent advantage for Trzaskowski.

- To win the elections, you need to get more than 50 percent of Poles. We will mobilize voters - the politician emphasized.

- We will not waste a single day of this campaign . What the candidates say in the first round is always important, because public opinion lives on it. But the most important thing is what Poles will do in two weeks . Everyone has their say - said Szefernaker.

Szefernaker said that Nawrocki wants a strong and safe Poland. - The kind that most Poles want - he added.

The host Marcin Fijołek asked the guest if he was afraid of Donald Tusk. - Looking at the support for this government, we are not afraid. We are doing our job - said Nawrocki's chief of staff.

Szefernaker appealed for the debate before the second round to "respect everyone who watches television". - It should be a debate organized by six television stations. Everyone deserves respect - said the chief of staff.

- We are not afraid of debate. Karol Nawrocki took part in all the debates before the first round - he added.

Rafał Trzaskowski with 31.2 percent support and Karol Nawrocki with 29.7 percent are moving on to the second round of the presidential elections - according to the latest, updated late poll.

The late poll was prepared by Ipsos on behalf of Polsat News, TVN and TVP. Just like the previous exit poll, the result indicates the need for a second round, which will take place on June 1.
