Dogs out of control?

- I am a resident of Krucza Street, which is right next to the bypass. I have witnessed two stray dogs running around there many times, which in my opinion seemed aggressive. Recently, I found a dead deer on the property, which had been mauled by these animals, which was captured by the home surveillance. There is no shortage of joggers on the route by the bypass, but it is not known whether the dogs do not pose a danger not only to wild animals, but also to people moving around here. In my opinion, they have an owner who should remember that they cannot be let loose, because it is associated with consequences. I think that the services responsible for safety in the city should take an interest in this matter.
