A 37-year-old man abused his family. He will be arrested.

Last Monday, a 37-year-old resident of the Białobrzegi commune was placed under temporary arrest after he, under the influence of alcohol, started a domestic dispute in early July, during which he physically and psychologically abused his wife. It was then discovered that the Białobrzegi commune resident had been abusing his family for a long time. He was then arrested and taken to a police detention center. Officers issued him a vacant residence order and a restraining order prohibiting him from contacting the victim. They also initiated the Blue Card procedure.

Despite the prohibitions in place against the 37-year-old, the man repeatedly visited the house, which he was not allowed to approach. The resident of the Białobrzegi commune was detained again. At the same time, based on the evidence collected, the prosecutor filed a motion to the court to remand the 37-year-old in custody. The court ordered the man to spend the next three months in custody. He faces up to five years in prison for domestic abuse.
