There will be a new bike trail. It will connect the boulevards with the bike path towards Radawa.

The basis for the increase in revenue in the Jarosław city budget was a letter from the Podkarpackie Voivode dated July 31st of this year, along with an attached decision from the Ministry of Finance and Economy, granting the Municipality of Jarosław exactly PLN 1,940,869.23 for the "Construction of a bicycle path in the area of the San River in Jarosław – a new bicycle tourist trail connecting the Boulevards on the San River in Jarosław with the bicycle path connecting the town of Szówsko with Radawa." The city obtained this funding from the Government's program for the development of north-eastern border areas for 2024-2030. The new path is intended to connect the Jarosław boulevards with the existing bicycle route leading towards Radawa, creating one cohesive communication route for cyclists, pedestrians, and those actively spending time outdoors.
[middle1]According to the adopted resolution, the investment will involve the construction of a bicycle path along the existing dirt path, 2 meters wide and 2,302.09 meters long, along the San River. The path will begin at plot no. 1358/1 – Jarosław Bulwary nad Sanem – and end at the end of plot no. 1009 on Sportowa Street in Szówsko. The surface will be mostly bituminous. Due to the terrain, the paths running near the slopes have been designed with a wooden structure and a wooden railing. This is intended to ensure greater safety.
Work on the path's construction is to begin after the contractor is selected; a tender for this project was announced on August 13, with the completion date set for December 31 this year.
