A landing strip in the home garden

A private helicopter landing pad has been operating for over a month in the middle of a single-family housing development in Pilchowo, near Szczecin (Police commune). Local residents have written a petition opposing this use of the nearby land, and the village head (also a municipal councilor) has submitted an interpellation to the mayor. The helicopter's owner assures the public that it operates in accordance with regulations, safely, and without causing a nuisance to neighbors.
- The world is changing and private means of air transport are becoming more and more common - the Mountain Volunteer Search and Rescue (GOPR) is already testing personal drones - so such home landing pads will probably become commonplace in the coming years - emphasizes the owner of a helicopter and a home landing pad.
"What's more important: the good of one person or the good of all residents?" asks the village head of Pilchów. "And what will happen if more people decide to build such helipads in the middle of the neighborhood because they decide they can afford a helicopter too..."
We reached the spot in Pilchów where the helicopter is parked. Our office also received reports from residents of that village. The helicopter was on the ground at the time. In fact, it was near other buildings. We could only view the helicopter from a distance, from behind a fence, because the owner was nowhere to be found. He called back and answered our questions in detail, in writing.

And that's precisely why this country isn't developing. There have to be regulations, laws, restrictions, and bans on everything. And I've been wondering lately why there aren't many private helicopters flying in Poland. Now I know. Once again, this country proves to be uninviting.

You yourself are a nuisance... to the whole world.

I don't see anything wrong with that. If a guy has a helicopter, he has to park it on his property somehow.

Thank you for the kpo

Money from the KPO spent on yachts and helicopters, life is better under Tusk

The minimum altitudes at which a helicopter can fly over buildings are defined by regulations. Flying below 1,000 meters is prohibited over densely built-up areas in large cities, housing estates, or gatherings of people, and in some cities (e.g., Warsaw) requires even higher altitudes. Higher minimums apply over housing estates, cities, and gatherings of people. In Poland, flights should not take place below 300 meters. That's all there is to it.

Behind the Lord's Fence

It was built by a nouveau riche. The lord had a beautiful lawn. And the grass was growing hopelessly. One day, he asked the lord how it was. He, like the lord, cares for and cultivates his lawn, but the grass was useless. Is he making any mistakes? He does everything exactly the same as the lord. The lord even praised him. "You cultivate it exactly like mine, but mine has been cultivated this way for 600 years."

Great! I would do the same! Congratulations on purchasing this beautiful equipment and on passing your PPL(H) license!

where is
2025-09-19 12:35:21
Where is the last generation? Where are the climate activists? Where is Councilor Słowik? How much CO2 does a helicopter like that emit? What about noise levels? What about the increased cost of risk? Will the helicopter owner cover the cost of the neighbors' insurance policy increases? Because the current policies don't account for the risk of air traffic in this area. I have nothing against helicopters, as long as they are electric and passively safe.

This helicopter is a nuisance not only to the neighbors but also to the northern districts of Szczecin. By the way, who is the owner?

You see!

But things have improved under Tusk! They're even writing about it in the newspapers :)

Forbid it? He made his fortune in your communist EU, so it's none of your business! Next election, they'll put him back in first place, and you, idiot, will go and politely elect him to line his pockets with EU money for voting against Poland and the pro-Polish government! When did the KPO come to Poland! How did we elect Donek?! Now Donek has given his people a run for their money, and you, you idiot, a cut of Lidl promotions and price increases in stores! Szczerba and Baseniarz are laughing at you! They have it, and YOU don't have to have it! You fool?

Others might view this attraction as evidence of the town's growing prestige. Perhaps this is the path we should take?

It's a big pseudo-scandal for me, but the pirate acoustic terrorists in their ruins without mufflers or on motorcycles don't bother anyone and terrorize the entire city, it's probably more about jealousy that the local community has it better.
