He forced the right of way – cyclist in hospital

On Saturday, August 23, before 4 p.m., a serious-looking road accident occurred at the intersection of Kolejowa and Żmigrodzka streets in Prusice.

According to police officers on the scene, the 38-year-old driver of the Ford failed to yield to a cyclist who was following the traffic rules. The collision resulted in injuries to a 76-year-old resident of our district who was taken to the hospital. Both participants were sober.

Officers from the investigation team and forensic technicians worked at the scene to conduct activities aimed at establishing the detailed circumstances of the accident.
