He smuggled... hair into his toolbox.

During a search of the vehicle, officers discovered unusual items in the driver's toolbox and luggage: natural human hair (strands ranging in length from 59 to 69 cm). According to the National Revenue Administration, their market value was estimated at PLN 8,000.

It turned out that the hair was transported by a 28-year-old bus driver.

– Failure to declare and pay import duties resulted in a loss of PLN 2,500 to the state budget.

– the Podkarpackie KAS reported, informing that further proceedings are being conducted by the Podkarpackie Customs and Tax Office in Przemyśl, and officers have secured the amount of PLN 2,000 towards the penalty facing the driver.
