The renovation began from the entrance from Dworskiego Street. The specificity of this section means that someone who uses a wheelchair, for example, has poor, if not no, chances of continuing their journey along Dworskiego Street. For this to happen, they must… enter a very busy street.
[middle1]- In order to drive along Dworskiego, passing the turn onto Smolki Street, I have to drive through these mini-arcades, which are limited and separated from the street by barriers. The problem is that construction crews have already torn out the curbs and part of the pavement. This has created holes that my wheelchair, for example, cannot pass through. It falls into them and I am immobilized. Have mercy! If you are going to do something, do it with your head! Don't look at the tip of your nose, because you are not alone. There are also other road or pavement users who should be remembered. I don't understand how it was possible not to secure this! After all, it is also dangerous for an ordinary passer-by.

This problem was also noticed by Przemyśl councilor Lila Kalinowska.
- I'm not joking: be careful when walking there, because a real obstacle course has been proposed for pedestrians. I intervened with ZDM, I'm waiting for a reaction. Walking along Smolki Street, there is also no organized safe access to Dworskiego Street, and for many this is the way to school
