Their match with the reserves of Wisła Kraków the following day could have been of fundamental importance for the fate of the team, which in this match (after Szymon Szydełka resigned from the position) was led by Hubert Kasia, but it turned out to be a match for parsley. The young team of the "White Star" gave the hosts no chance. On the other hand, the newcomer from Lubaczów can look at the last round of III league matches with more optimism. In the last round, Pogoń-Sokół will host the outsider Unia Tarnów. Full points are a must. The gap to the two teams ahead of them, namely Świdniczanka Świdnik and Wiślan Skawina, is two points. In the event of a loss or a draw in the last round of matches by the team from Świdnik (they play Wisłoka in Dębica) or/and the team from Skawina (they play Chełmianka Chełm at home), the team from Lubaczów will overtake one of these two teams and save their III league existence. The team from Lubaczów has a more favorable head-to-head record with each of these teams. If this scenario does not come true, Paweł Słomiany's team will have to wait for the results of the play-off matches for promotion to the II league. If the runner-up of this third league group were to win promotion, then finishing 15th would guarantee a place in the next season at this level of the competition.
