Young woman's body found, police 'intensive operations'

In the eastern part of Małopolska, in one of the buildings, the body of a 26-year-old woman was discovered.

The police were called to the scene, conducting an investigation under the supervision of the Tarnów District Prosecutor’s Office.

As Wirtualna Polska has established, the officers arrived at the building in the afternoon. In an interview with the portal, junior cadet Kamil Wójcik – a press officer at the Tarnów City Police Headquarters – said that the cause of the young woman's death was unknown. The head of the social communication team did not provide any more information.

The officers are conducting an inspection of the place. They are also using a tracking dog.

The Tarnów Rescue Portal reports that " the services have secured the area and are conducting intensive investigative activities". The editorial team of the 112tarnow.pl service suspects that the presence of a specially trained dog " may indicate an attempt to find traces of the perpetrator or other people who may be associated with the incident".
