Trigon's clients will gain access to global capital markets
Wedbush Financial Services (WFS) and investment banking firm Trigon have entered into a strategic partnership, with WFS acquiring a significant minority stake in Trigon.
Under the agreement, Trigon will maintain full operational independence, operating under its current management. The Polish company will maintain its current organizational structure, brand, and decision-making model. The parties to the transaction do not disclose the value of the investment.
Thanks to the partnership with Wedbush Securities, Trigon clients will gain broader access to global investors, increased opportunities to execute cross-border transactions on the capital market - including public offerings (IPOs) - and participation in investor conferences and analytical events organized by Wedbush.
