Barkom's volleyball players gained an advantage in the opening set (8-5) and extended it further in the middle part of the set. The Olsztyn team had a successful stretch when Karol Borkowski entered the service. They then recovered (16-16), but the Lviv team rebuilt their advantage (20-17) and played the end game their way. Vasyl Tupchi hit an ace for a set point (24-20), and Ilia Kovalev closed the set with a powerful attack (25-21).

In the second set, the tables turned, and the Olsztyn team quickly gained a clear advantage (3-8). While their opponents managed to regain control (7-8), Indykpol AZS set the tone for the remainder of the set (10-14, 14-20). The difference was made by the Barkom team's own errors, which amounted to ten, including a broken serve in the final rally (19-25).

The third set saw a successful opening for the hosts (7-3). Olsztyn chased the score for a while, tying the score at 16-16 after a point block. Later, Barkom regained a slight advantage, and the set was decided in the final minutes. Vasyl Tupczij's attack gave Lviv a set point (24-23), but Jan Hadrava secured the lead. Indykpol AZS won the set, with the decisive point being awarded to them by an out-and-out attack from their opponents (25-27).

The fourth set also saw a close match between the two teams. Barkom held a slight advantage at the start (9-7), but the score hovered around a draw in the middle of the set. After an Olsztyn attack, the hosts led 20-18, but then we saw a series of points from Indykpol AZS. Łukasz Kozub served, and Olsztyn's block played a key role (20-23). ​​A missed serve from the opponents meant a match point (21-24), and the Barkom team defended in two rallies, but another broken serve meant the match was over (23-25) and a three-point victory for coach Daniel Pliński's team.
