Situation in Gaza Strip “is absolutely intolerable”, says Montenegro

The Prime Minister said on Wednesday that the situation in the Gaza Strip “is absolutely intolerable”.
“The humanitarian situation in Gaza is absolutely intolerable. It is imperative to allow the immediate, safe and unhindered entry of all humanitarian aid, to save the lives of millions of human beings, including children, women and the sick,” wrote Luís Montenegro, on the social network on X.

It should be recalled that today, the Israeli army announced that it fired “warning shots” after an international group of more than 20 diplomats “deviated from the approved route” during the visit, including a Portuguese.
Speaking to Lusa, a source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MNE) said that the Portuguese diplomat is doing well.
