Athletico loses striker Isaac to injury in Serie B

Striker Isaac has been ruled out of Athletico 's squad for the upcoming rounds of the Brazilian Championship Series B. The player suffered a knee sprain during the 1-0 victory over Athletic last Saturday (25), in the 9th round of Series B.

Isaac was injured in the first half and was replaced by midfielder João Cruz. After undergoing tests, the striker was diagnosed with a medial collateral knee injury. The recovery period is between three and four weeks.
